J. Cloyce Darnell, P.E.

Mr. Darnell is the Owner and President of Centerline Consulting, a forensic engineering firm located in Shalimar, Florida. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 1967. His expertise comes from thirty years of road construction and materials engineering. Building on his experience, Mr. Darnell has consulted as a forensic analyst in construction and engineering disputes since 2000. He is a licensed engineer in six states and it is from this background that Mr. Darnell uses his career experience to promote online continuing education for civil engineers. Drawing from respected and essential documents and handbooks, Mr. Darnell has compiled a notable catalog for continuing education. Authoring a set of questions for each course, he has presented an opportunity for the engineer to explore topics such as Ethics, Low Volume Roads, Soils Engineering and others.
