Course Synopsis:

Pavements require structural support from underlying layers of soil or aggregate layers. Soil Stabilization for Pavements provides guidance for the design and improvements of the structural stability and workability of soils used for base courses, subbase courses, select materials, and subgrades for pavements.  This course describes methods of stabilizing soil to achieve the required level of structural support.
